Three hours can seem like a lifetime when you think about spending it decluttering and organizing by yourself but when we work together, it’s ideal. An hour is too short to really get much done and anything much over three hours and our energy inevitably droops. Of course, I tailor the pace to your energy levels but I’m always making sure we get as much done as we comfortably can. You’ll be making lots of decisions in a short amount of time and it burns through the glucose in your brain. So the key to getting the most out of your sessions is to remember to eat first!
If your session starts at 9 am, make sure your breakfast was substantial. If we get going at 1 pm, that means lunch needs to be more than a power bar or a handful of nuts. This is serious brain work and you’re going to need proper fuel. As a client said recently, “We got so much done and I slept very well that night!”
