Clutter Challenge: a Silly Cookbook

I loved the idea of this book — scaled-down recipes so you could make just a few cookies or a small portion of cake or pie. But here’s what actually happens — the book’s covered with scribbles as we’ve all tried to double or triple the recipes so we can make enough. Although I appreciate the math practice, I think I’ll just stick to regularly-sized recipes. Do you have any silly cookbooks you’re ready to let go of too?

  1. I’ve got rid of all the cookbooks where most of the recipes require packaged ingredients. If I feel like making a recipe, I want to cook from scratch!

    1. Me too Janet. When my daughter was born with food allergies, I quickly learned that cooking from scratch was the easiest way to make sure things worked for her. And soon discovered that things tasted better too!
