Clutter Challenge: Someone Else’s Memories

My daughter graduated from middle school this week — an achievement if ever there was one. Would you repeat middle school for a million bucks? Me neither. We went to the ceremony and came home with this program. What should I do with it?

Trick question. It wasn’t my middle school graduation, it was hers. So if she wants to keep it, we’ll stick it in her “sentiment box” and if she doesn’t, we’ll recycle it.

Are you holding onto some memories for someone else? Can you let them go to their rightful owner now?

If your basement and attic are full of someone else’s clutter, contact Joyful Surroundings LLC for compassionate, creative, and totally nonjudgmental decluttering & organizing services.
