Sprinters like to get it all over with. They gather supplies, assemble teams, and power on through. It’s exhausting and energizing at the same time.
Walkers want to take things a little more gradually. In the Send it away Saturday blog posts, I challenge myself (and you) to find just one thing to let go of each week. That’s because I know when you go at your own pace, it’s going to feel manageable and you’ll have time to get used to the process.
